Using a 5mm hex wrench, remove the four screws from top of the nail gun. Be a little careful, as there is a spring in the assembly that will push the top of the gun off. I used a schematic I printed from the Senco website to identify the broken parts and determine the correct reassembly order. Otherwise, just remove one o-ring or seal at a time and replace with the one from the kit. It seems that this kit is designed for multiple tool models so you will have a few parts left over. The challenge in the reassembly was figuring out that large outer seal on the aluminum chamber had to be installed in the gun body and the tube the installed.

Disassembled nailer. Replaced all the broken parts. Replaced the o-rings, found that 2 of the o-rings were the wrong size from the kit. Got the correct o-rings. reassembled the nailer and it failed to work. I did follow the instructions in the kit. Still have the nailer on the bench working on the 3rd tear down.
