Download a parts breakdown of the Frame Pro 650 Senco that shows where all repair parts are located. Remove top housing cover to expose the internal parts. Use utility knife to get o-rings out of groves, wipe all debris off each part and install new o-rings. After o-rings are replaced replace the upper and lower stops. Assemble parts in t he proper place. Put nails into the magazine, connect the air hose from a working air compressor. Check for air leaks, and test fire a few nails into suitable wood.

Worked like a charm!

Using a 5mm hex wrench, remove the four screws from top of the nail gun. Be a little careful, as there is a spring in the assembly that will push the top of the gun off. I used a schematic I printed from the Senco website to identify the broken parts and determine the correct reassembly order. Otherwise, just remove one o-ring or seal at a time and replace with the one from the kit. It seems that this kit is designed for multiple tool models so you will have a few parts left over. The challenge in the reassembly was figuring out that large outer seal on the aluminum chamber had to be installed in the gun body and the tube the installed.
