Product Description

?

It is a genuine item that is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with Senco nailers. The valve helps to ensure a tight seal inside the cylinder, unfortunately, over time it will wear out and it may begin to fail eventually requiring a replacement. Please make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and application of this hardware. Keep in mind this high-quality valve is made of durable materials and is sold individually.

Using a 5mm hex wrench, remove the four screws from top of the nail gun. Be a little careful, as there is a spring in the assembly that will push the top of the gun off. I used a schematic I printed from the Senco website to identify the broken parts and determine the correct reassembly order. Otherwise, just remove one o-ring or seal at a time and replace with the one from the kit. It seems that this kit is designed for multiple tool models so you will have a few parts left over. The challenge in the reassembly was figuring out that large outer seal on the aluminum chamber had to be installed in the gun body and the tube the installed.

Removed 4 Allen head screws from top of nail gun. Clean wipe down and blow out inside of nailer..Keeping a close eye on the blow-up and parts list simply removed old o rings, 1 valve and piston top end rebuild kit and trigger rebuild kit one at a time and replaced them one at a time this is the safest and easiest way so as not to mix up p arts.. and the easiest way to do that is to get a clean blow up of your particular nailer. This helps immensely... Also get some synthetic lube and lightly lube all parts..
