This is an authentic manufacturer approved replacement part designed for use with nailers. It helps to provide an air-tight seal for the head valve. It is made from durable high quality rubber and it is sold individually. To complete this repair you will need a hex key also known as an allen wrench.
1. Air was leaking out the exhaust port. Nailer would not fire.
2. Removed 4-5mm screws covering head valve.
3. Popped the head valve out.
4. Used a pick to remove 2 outer seals and 1 inner seal, replaced seals.
5. Replaced the cylinder seal.
6. Reassembled and put the cover back on.
