Cylinder seal broke, replaced head valve seals while in there.

1. Air was leaking out the exhaust port. Nailer would not fire.
2. Removed 4-5mm screws covering head valve.
3. Popped the head valve out.
4. Used a pick to remove 2 outer seals and 1 inner seal, replaced seals.
5. Replaced the cylinder seal.
6. Reassembled and put the cover back on.
7. Works perfect ag ain.

Leaking air

Removed the top cap of the nail gun.
Removed all of the worn and broken parts
Completely cleaned the internal parts and oiled them
Replace the top cap of the nail gun

Laid out a towel on the kitchen table. Disassembled. Cleaned (everything was filthy). Replaced old parts with new ones. Reassembled. Worked like a champ.
