I simply replaced the missing Flange washer, Spacer ring and LH threaded flange bolt to mount the new 12\" saw blade onto the saw. The missing \"caps\" are the rubber feet that the saw sits on and those just pushed into place. I should have bought a second flange washer but was able to improvised one from my spare parts bin. To replace the slide plate. The 1/2\" nut in the center of the turntable must come off. To access it take off the adjustable kerf- four screws. The whole top of the saw will lift off. The ball bearing, that is the positive stop index for the turntable will be loose so catch it. It is located at 0 degrees. Simple replace sliding plate ... Read more s, there are three. Put ball bearing in the post that has a cup to hold it with the spring underneath. Add a touch of lithium grease to ball bearing to keep it in place. Put top of saw on base and tighten nut so that saw will travel easily but is still secure. Work miter rotation through its whole travel to be sure. Lastly install kerf plates. This goes without saying make sure saw is unplug from outlet before attempting to make repairs.

Pushed the new lock into the handle. Removed the bolt to replace the flange.
