Took the lantern carefully apart. Removed the burner assembly. Carefully removed the old generator. Gently blew out the burner assembly. Replaced the generator and reassembled the burner assembly. Replaced the mantle. The lantern burns so brightly that you can hardly look at it. You must be extremly careful when replacing te gener

Lantern did not come with a generator, jamb nut, pre heat cup and alcohol bottle.
1. Dismantled the tip end of the lantern
2. Installed the generator and jamb nut
3. Set the top end of the lantern with the preheat bottle back on top of the lantern
4. Tightened everything down
5. Fueled, pumped and light
