This is an original manufacturer sourced replacement filter element. It is commonly used on handheld backpack leaf blowers. An air filter is an essential part of an engine because it helps to deliver clean air needed for the engine to run. It needs to be regularly checked and replaced if clogged or damaged. No special instructions were needed. Replaced spark plug. Gapped it at .025 I then removed the air box cover, and replaced the air filter.

Removed, cleaned and replaced the gaskets for the carburetor.
Replaced the spark plug, air and fuel filter.

Crack in fuel tank. Air filter falling apart!

Take two screws out of filter holder, remove throttle linkage from carb, remove two fuel lines. Easer with carb loose. Remove fuel filter from old due line, insert into new fuel line in new fuel tank. Unbolt old fuel tank and bolt in new one. Install fuel lines on carb, install linkage and two screws to hold carb and filter housing. Insta ll new filter and cover. Prime ball and start blower!! All good! Check for leaks!!

Blower will not start and run .

Fish the fuel filter out of the fuel tank with a wire with a hook bent on the end and removed the old filter from the fuel line then installed the new filter on the line.
Remove the filter cover and replaced the old filter with a new one.
Remove the old spark plug, then gapped the new one at 0.025

1. Remove old tank
2. Remove filter holder
3. Disconnect fuel lines from carburetor
4. Install filter in fuel tank
5. Reconnect new fuel lines to carburetor
6. Attach fuel tank
7. Attach filter holder
8. Replace filter with new one
9. Fill tank with fuel mixture
10. Prime using primer bulb
11. Start blower

Remove carburetor cover, then unplug fuel lines. Then remove 2 carburetor screws and remove carb. Un-screw carb adaptor, replace with new adaptor and re-assemble. Added new filter in carb cover. Easy!

excessive vibration

1- removed all fasteners in impeller side of the body or shell.
2- lift the shell to expose the impeller
3- secure the impeller for removal:
a-remove spark plug and stuff rope into the cylinder to immobilize the piston
b-put on a glove to protect your hand and have a friend or yourself hold the impeller stead y
4- use a socket and ratchet to break the nut that retains the impeller loose
5- remove and replace the impeller
6- tighten the new impeller down while holding it secure(since the required torque is unknown, some blue thread locker is a good idea)
7- continue reassembly opposite the disassembly instructions
