Hello Abraham, Thank you for contacting us. If the spark arrestor on the front of the muffler is clogged or damaged, it can prevent the engine from starting. The other parts to check are the spark plug, the carburetor, a clogged fuel filter, the ignition module, the magnets on the flywheel, and a dirty air filter. Good luck with your repair.

Hi Ronnie, Thank you for your question. The fuel tank listed for your blower comes with the lines. The fuel filter goes inside the fuel tank.
