Hi Anthony, Thank you for your question. If the belt keeps slipping off the pulleys, the belt may not have the proper tension and you will need to adjust it, so it does not slip off. If the belt is slipping off, the bearings in the pulleys and the jackshafts may be worn or you may have a worn or damaged idler spring or belt keepers and brackets. If these parts are worn or damaged, you will need to replace them. You will need to inspect these parts and verify which one is causing the issue.
