Removing the deck from the mower took longer than the replacement of the parts. The replacement parts were exactly what I ordered and fit perfectly. Take out cutting deck,removed the old blades, installed the news ones.
Removed holding pin which is blocking the clutch from moving
Disconnected the clutch wire(electrical wire)
take the belt out of pulley

Removed primary and secondary belts.
Removed broken pulley and mandrel.

Mandrel and pulley needed replacing

Took old mandrel off (not hard since the guy I got it from used the wrong bolts, only one right bolt was used), I used that bolt to thread the mandrel, had to change pulley since old one was almost stripped out, installed new mandrel then pulley and 3 new blades since the old ones looked like they were original then put on the belt though ... Read more t that was going to be hard but wasn\'t. Total time about an hour. I got to say that when I ordered the parts the site told me the mandrel would be shipped in 6 to 8 days, I got an email about 6 hours later that my whole order had been shipped and received my order 3 days later. If I need more parts for my lawn tractor I will not use anyone else, ereplacement parts was cheaper then anyone else I found.

1. Lifted front of tractor to give space under carriage.
2. Loosened belt with tension lever on upper left side of deck.
3. Removed cowling over mandrel (2 screws).
4. Removed 4 bolts that secure mandrel to mower deck. Had to snap these off as they had \"welded\" to the deck. No problem as new ones were provided. ... Read more Mandrell tower with blade still attached falls out with removal of last bolt. The skirt ring under deck that protects lower bearing will come off as well, replace when putting the mandrel back in place.
5. Swapped out all blades, putting a new blade on the new mandrel. Bolted (with 4 new enclosed bolts) new mandrel assembly to the under deck as it was removed. Remember to tighten top bolt of mandrel.
6. Replaced cowlings.
7. Mowed yard, worked great.
Product was a perfect replacement for the OEM mandrel.
