Mower primary belt broke.

1. Dropped the mower deck to the ground.
2. Used floor jack at front of mower to raise tractor high enough to pull mower deck out the side.
3. Replaced both belts: primary and secondary.
4. Pushed mower deck back under the tractor.
5. Lowered tractor back to the ground.
6. Hooked mower deck up under the tract or.

Removed the deck from the tractor.
Removed Pulley covers.
Removed primary and secondary belts.
Removed broken pulley and mandrel.
Replace with new parts.
Replaced Belts (I would suggest getting two people to put on the belts, they are really tough to do on your own). The belts took the most time in this repai r.
I replaced the blades since I already had the deck off.
That was it. The dealership wanted about 450 to do the repair, I did it for under 200.

Nose roller was easy! Just needed to remove two bolts for the two brackets that held the roller in place. Belts were a breeze after dropping the deck.

There really was nothing to it. Just loosened the belt from the pulley removed it and put new belt on.

Adjusted height of mowing deck. Installed new belt, making sure to released the tension arm and routing the belt around the correct pullies.
