Toro 30 inch personal pace, used for commercial use. Not a mechanic, so this was a pretty easy fix even for me. Pretty easy mower to work on thus far, too. Order was here in a timely manner. OEM part. Very pleased. I run this machine hard, 7 months in I\'d suggest going ahead and have this and belts on hand before you need them. Guide par t diagrams accurate and helpful, even the manual doesn\'t have them labeled with pics like this site. Excellent reference site. Thank you!

removed old arm spring using socket
removed 3 bolt/nuts holding plate to deck using socket
mounted new plate with old bolts
installed new arm spring
replaced wheel & adjusted height
