Rather than just getting one new control valve I decided to just get a whole new manifold. It was only $20 more and gave me peace of mind that none of the other valves were damaged.
I could not believe how fast the parts arrived. I ordered them on a Friday and they arrived the next day. Very impressive.

Really it\'s straight forward I was doing this in about 20 degree weather not to mention and was still very easy.. What I really liked about the parts I received is they come with new hardware ( bolts) as well .. Great idea just for the fact existing hardware does get rusty from the heat so I would recommend having a socket set vs just a

Never took apart a grill before but with common sense it is easy .. It\'s for sure much more cost effective than replacing entire grill.. My grill would of been around 800 bucks to replace it .. I bought my parts and working as good as new for 150 bucks .. Very good site to buy parts from ..
By ordering the complete manifold assembly from ereplacementparts.com I was able to get the correct orifices and valve assemblies (yes the valves are different from NG to LP too). It was a direct drop in and made the conversion easy since the manufacturer doesn\'t offer a conversion kit anymore. Just remove the knobs, valve cover, and hea

To install, reassemble the gas lines, mount the assembly back to the grill (insert the valves into the burner tubes), reinstall the heat shield and igniter cables. Reinstall the valve covers and knobs, then fire it up and enjoy your next tasty meal!

Grill had tipped over and bent the gas valve manifold
Remove the knobs and the front gas valve cover. Disconnect the gas line and the side burner gas line from the old gas manifold. Remove the old gas manifold and replace with the new gas manifold. Reconnect the gas lines to the new manifold and check the connections for gas leaks. Replace the gas valve cover and put the knobs back on. T

The repair would have been fairly easy if several screws had not been corroded and broken. Otherwise the procedure was just as the instructions directed and would have only required a Phillips head screwdriver. I spent some time getting screws out and had to cut and redrill several of them
This was a simple way to convert my natural gas Weber to a propane. Took less than 15 minutes and works great !
