Removed grill grates and trough
Applied penetrating oil on screws
6 screws holding base to sides
2 where seized
Backed out screws with vice grips on threads from bottom.
Cut two heads off with dremel
Replacement grates like a glove
Purchase 6 new 6mm course thread screws. Holes are pre tapped.

My burners were rusted out real bad.as well as the cross over tubes.
Had to remove all the old rusted parts clean out all of the gunk an stuff.then I put all parts in there places and used the hardware that came with parts. Tightening every thing down and then later that day I had a burger.
