My grill was just worn out. Everything was 8 years old. Looked at buying a new grill, but for a third of the price I made mine like new.

I removed the old grates, infrared emitters, flame tamers, main burners, and thermometers. I used a putty knife and a shop-vac to clean everything up. The only tool I needed was a pair of pliers to pull the cotter keys off the burner tubes. When my new parts arrived, I had everything put back and ready to go in less than ten minutes. S o happy I found this website. Being able to put my model number in and pick what I knew would be exact fit parts.

Loosen the front of the grill and side tables by removing the screws attaching them to the grill. There were about 12 screws to remove. Tilt the front of the grill down and pry out the old thermometers and put in the new thermometers. Tilt front of grill back up and replace the screws and you are done.
