The air cleaner element goes between the air cleaner cover and the canal cover. It is priced as an individual replacement part and helps to filter the air moving through the device. Filters will become dirty over time and will need to be replaced. This air cleaner is an OEM from Generac for use in generators and may require a screwdriver and a socket set in order to do the replacement.

Removed fuel line and filter assembly, drain carburetor , proceed to remove carburetor replaced gaskets , floater, and seal, put back together refuel and it started right away, everything under an hour.

Oil Preasure Switch was bad

1 Drained the oil
2 Had to remove oil filter to get more room. (glad I decide to get an new oil filter too)
3 Use a large deep socket to loosen the oil switch, after that it was very easy to remove
put the new one back in, put new oil filter on and filled with oil. That Finished the oil switch.
4 I then replac e the two air filters it had and that was it (Worked great after)

1. I emptied the gas tank.
2. Remove the gas tank to facilitate the valve replacement
3. Remove and install the new valve.
4. Re- Install the gas tank back again.
5. I removed the Air Filter plastic cap, replace the old filter by the new one and install the plastic cap back again.

Gas tank leaking at shut off valve

1- Drained fuel tank and disconnect fuel line
2- Removed fuel tank
3- Removed and replaced bushing that seals shut off valve
4- Install new shut off valve
5- Re install fuel tank and hook up fuel line and fill with fuel and check for leaks
6- Remove and replace air filter
