This authentic DeWALT replacement part is found in assorted band saw types. Bearings are moving parts that facilitate rotational motion and position of various shafts/axles. As high wear components, bearings are replaced relatively often. Sold individually.
Removed the guide, removed the roller and the bearing axle. Placed the new roller and the bearing in the new guide. Installed the axle in the new guide, the roller and the bearing. Repeated for the other side of the guide.
1. Take picture.
2. Remove blade.
3. Remove bolts and bearings- rollers( pay attention to thier position on thr bolt).
4. Blow out debris.
5. Reinstall as removed. ( removable locktite on bolts )
6. Remove tire and slightly heat and reinstall new tire. (On the idler).
7. Reinstall blade.
8. Test
