A Bit Difficult
Total Repair Time:
30 - 60 mins
Tools:
Nutdriver, Screw drivers
Removed air filter
Pulled carb off air filter lugs
Removed primer bulb
Removed gasket and inspected diaphragm melded to gasket discovering almost Imperceptible tear in diaphragm
6 days later received parts ordered online
Scraped and cleaned carb block w scraper and sandpaper
Reassembled in reverse orde r
Primed only enough to see fuel flow in lines--over priming my 4 cycle probably contributed to diaphragm failure--2cycle prime differently than 4 cycle--
Sprayed starting fluid and started on 2nd pull--runs great
