Absolutely as easy as one could ask. The connection to the clutch is a split plate and the other just connects into the handle. It could not have been more straightforward.
I ordered a new clutch cable. I took the old cable off the metal bar with holes, very easy. Metal curvy pieces attached to bar comes out easy. Put new cable on and works beautifully. Very easy fix.
1. Slid sleeve at bottom of cable up to reveal junction plate.
2. Disconnected broken cable from junction plate.
3. Installed sleeve on new cable. NOTE: Thread lower end of cable through closed end of sleeve first unless you enjoy solving those bent-nail puzzles (Please don\'t ask me why I included this note).
