Product Description

?

This replacement primer bulb is a genuine OEM sourced item. It is specially designed for Shindaiwa handheld gas powered trimmers and edgers. By pressing on the purge bulb, it will force fuel into the fuel line from the fuel tank into the carburetor. Once the carburetor is full of fuel, the excess fuel will be purged back into the tank in the fuel return line. It is made out of durable plastic and rubber. One bulb assembly is included per order.

Replaced fuel lines primer bulb and fuel tank grommet due to degradation. Replaced carb, was not fixable. Engine bogged at upper rpm due to lack of fuel even with the new carb. Removed diaphragm cover and raised the metering arm for a full rpm range fuel enrichment. Ran perfect after that. Never assume a brand new carb will run with a use d engine. Fuel adjustments are usually required.
