Replaced fuel lines primer bulb and fuel tank grommet due to degradation. Replaced carb, was not fixable. Engine bogged at upper rpm due to lack of fuel even with the new carb. Removed diaphragm cover and raised the metering arm for a full rpm range fuel enrichment. Ran perfect after that. Never assume a brand new carb will run with a use d engine. Fuel adjustments are usually required.

Remove fuel lines, throttle cable and carburetor install new carburetor reattach lines and cable fill tank with new fuel and start engine adjust idle warm engine and test, runs great engine now has full throttle.
