Simple repair. Remove 4 screws that hold the starter assembly to the blower. Then I installed the new starter assembly with 4 new screws. Perfect match.
Remove the broken starter rope recoil assembly by removing 4 screws and replace the new starter rope assy and attached the 4 screws. Done. starter the blower

The screws holding the pull cord assembly for my blower worked loose without me knowing it.
