The day before heading out of town on business the idler pulley seized up. I dropped the 54\" mower deck and confirmed the problem. I ordered the parts which arrived the day I got home from my trip. The parts all went together as planned and with a new belt that I already had on hand I was back in business. I was happy I could \"get cutti ng\" sooner than later, especially the way my grass is growing this year. Thank you

1. removed the mower deck
2. removed the 2 damaged pullies using a socket set and a wrench
3. installed the 2 new pullies using a socket set and a wrench
4. reinstalled mower deck to rider mower
5. started mowing.........and all went well!

Removed pulley cover. Assembled bolt, pulley, and thin washer. Making sure to place tensioner bracket correctly. Rerouted belt. Replaced pulley cover.

Unhook mower from Tractor, remove old idler ( unscrew old carriage bolt ) install new one , hook lawn back into Tractor . R S

1. Remove deck from mower
2. Remove old nut and bot from idler arm.
3. Replace new pulley, spacers, nut, and new bolt.
4. Torque nut and bolt. Lube deck, then replace deck.
