Unclip and remove wheel and tire. Place key in slot. Use anti-seize compound on the entire axle and key. Slide wheel back so that keyway mates with key.

The drive mechanism on my snow blower did not work.
1. Removed the entire axle assembly
2. Cleaned all components
3. Re-assembled axle assembly and included the parts that has been worn/damaged/lost.
4. Verified that drive worked.
5. Re-assembled the rest of the machine. done.
1. Took clip off the axial
2. Pulled wheel
3. slipped key into slot
4. aligned wheel slot to key, and pushed into place
5. Put clip back on--DONE
