This is a genuine manufacturer approved replacement throttle cable designed for use with handheld gas string trimmers. Throttle cable is connected to the carburetor and it stops the engine when you shift the lever to the full choke position. This assembly consists of a metal throttle cable and a plastic housing. Please note the trigger and screws for the housing are sold separately.

Removed screws from Handle Assm. Removed Side of Trimmer. Removed old cable making sure to attach string so I could pull the new through. This is not necessary if you want to remove the clutch cover of trimmer. I was being lazy. I fished the new cable through attached it to side of carb.. and to the trigger assm on the new handle assm.. R
