Opened the top and bottom pulley doors to access the saw blade and pulleys.
Removed the saw blade.
Removed the old tires from the pulleys using the narrow scraper.
Replaced the tires with the help of my daughter. It takes two people to stretch the tires over the pulleys.
Re-installed the blade.
