This replacement dust bag assembly is specially designed for Black and Decker sanders. It is an authentic manufacturer sourced replacement part. This bag is made out of fabric with a plastic collar. The purpose of the dust bag is to pick up dust when using the sander. No tools are needed to replace the bag, simply connect it to the dust nozzle.
