Took the back of the gun off, gently pried out the exhaust assembly with a screwdriver (careful not to gouge the o-ring behind the sleeve), replaced sleeve and bumper as I found them, cleaned and oiled internally, then popped it all back in.

Tool is an RN46 bostitch roofing nailer. The nailer leaked air and would not fire.

I removed the 4 screws at the head, removed the top sleeve seal and two o rings and replaced with new. the gun works as new now. It is amazing how little wear on the seals can cause pneumatic air nailer to not function.
