Easy to get refund.
I ordered a Brush Holder Cap and ask the person to please measure the size because I had already received two other Caop which were to big for my grinder. Well they didn't measure the cap size and I got three now wrong sizr Brush Holder Caps. If your company would have measured the cap size I would not of had to ask for a refund. Yet the refund was easy on the computer but sending it back cost me another $5.50 in postage plus driving to the post Office. All this because they would not measure the part for me.

Removed the brush caps with a screwdriver and set aside. Removed the brushes from the brush holders. Installed the new brushes in the brush holders. I then screwed the brush caps back on.
Unable to repair. The replacement cap I purchased using the parts catalog was to big and did not fit.

When I purchased this sander these parts were missing. It has been a few years since I purchased this product at a major retail store (as is) but I knew the brand well and that parts could be bought.
1. I replaced the brushes and installed the new keepers.
2. Replaced the front knob handle although it did not have the tightening screw (sold separately)
3. Installed the backing pad and belts (wa-la) works like a charm.
