This part is an OEM Snapper part for use with Lawn Tractors. The drive belt connects the engine crankshaft pulley to the transmission pulley. The most common reason for replacing the drive belt is when the lawn mower wheels won't turn. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the drive belt is a 5/8 inch socket and a pipe wrench.
