It is available as an individual replacement. The puck brake is made out of a durable material. A screwdriver and a wrench may be helpful when replacing this part. This item may become broken and will need to be replaced. It is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer and used in lawn tractors made by Weed Eater and Husqvarna.
1. Removed back and bottom plates
2. Removed rear right wheel
3. Disconnected the shifter handle and shifter link
4. Remove side plate bolts for unlimited access to brake.
5. Take a snap shot of mounted brake and then remove to make repairs.
