This part is an OEM from Penn. The click tongue is constructed of metal, and made for use with several fishing reels. The metal component is fitted inside the left plate assembly, and is sold individually. A screwdriver and a pair of pliers are required for the removal and replacement.

Full tear down, everything cleaned out or replaced. Was a sentimental reel owned by a grandfather who has passed. It was a pleasure to give his grandson back the reel he was taught with.
