Figured out what the problem was, found the schematic on the website, determined what parts were needed, once they arrived I just tore the reel down and did the repair, seems to be working as good as new.

1. Remove pawl nut.
2. Remove old pawl and washer.
3. Clean worm gear.
4. Insert new pawl and washer.
5. Replace pawl nut.

This repair was on a revo sx.It was quit easy one screw one side plate hold down and remove the front face.The cap unscrews with a screwdriver and everything else just fell out.Puting in back together was just as easy.
