The lever shaft body goes between the o-ring and the drag control lever. This genuine item is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with Shimano lever drag reels. The part is sold individually and is made out of metal. A screwdriver, a set of pliers, and a wrench set may all be needed when replacing this part.
