This is a genuine OEM sourced replacement part designed for use with Penn reels. Rod clamp bolt allows for the clamp to be mounted to the back side of the rod and attach it to the bottom of the reel to give the reel extra stability. This bolt requires a flat-head screwdriver for installation and it is sold individually.
