Remove one nut and remove the broken cover, place the new cover in place and tighten the nut.

Clutch cover removed with brake handle in wrong position

Made sure the brake handle was in the correct pisition.
Placed chain bar in correct position and installed chain.
Placed new clutch cover assembly in the proper position and using the multi tool that came with the chainsaw, tightened the clamp nut paying clise attention to the chain tension and checking to be sure the chain i s properly inserted into the channel on the chain bar.

1. Remove the clutch plate assembly and discard
2. Ensure brake the off position
3. Install the new clutch plate assembly
4. Adjust the chain tension and tighten the bolt that holds the clutch
plate in position
