It was obvious the main shaft had play in it.
Remove motor end cap & brushes to access bearing.
Remove bearing from end of armature with puller.
Order new bearing from ereplacement parts.
Install new bearing on end of armature with socket the same size of the inner race of the bearing and hammer.
Re-assemble. New bearing $10. New 8\" saw, probably around $175-$200
