Remove the deck and deck belt for rhe blades
Remove the swing arm(the one for the pulley replace
Replace the old bolt and replace the swing arm and tighten
Install the new pulley

Removed mowing deck and cleaned it. Replaced idler pulley and belt. Lubed grease zerks at blade pulleys. Re-installed pulley covers and mowing deck. Adjusted belt tension. Tested mower successfully.

luckily did not have to take deck off machine, dropped deck down as low as it would go, cut old bolt that held pulley to deck off, and replaced along with washers both ends. works great!!!
