Genuine OEM replacement part is made out of Plastic, this item is sold individually. This part is used on the carburetor for gas powered blowers to restrict the flow of air, thereby enriching the fuel-air mixture. Because this part is used quite frequently it has a tendency to wear. To replace it, simply press it on the Choke Shaft of the carburetor.
