Once I ordered the correct size grill grates, it was just a matter of pulling off the old ones and setting the new ones in place. Added bonus was the grilling area now maintained an even temperature. Burgers were grilled to perfection and a good time was had by all.

1. I replaced the 5 flavorizer bars and took the grates off as well as the bottom tray.
2. I cleaned everything inside and out of the grill. The outside still looks great.
3. Putting in the flavorizer bars was easy. I just laid them on the inside of the grill where I had taken the old ones out.
4. I replaced the po rcelain enameled cast iron grates on top. I have wanted to replace the grates for a long time as the old ones were hard to clean.
5. The bottom tray just slides under the grill. Now I have a grill that looks like new with no tools needed. My husband was very impressed because he is an engineer and didn\'t think I could do it.

Got replacement parts, and repaired in no time. All we had to do was clean out the old debris. We replaced the old parts, with the new parts all by hand.
