Original grills were severely deformed and starting to rust

Once I ordered the correct size grill grates, it was just a matter of pulling off the old ones and setting the new ones in place. Added bonus was the grilling area now maintained an even temperature. Burgers were grilled to perfection and a good time was had by all.

One of the flavorizer bars was completely rusted when I removed it I noticed the other 4 were in bad shape.

1. I replaced the 5 flavorizer bars and took the grates off as well as the bottom tray.
2. I cleaned everything inside and out of the grill. The outside still looks great.
3. Putting in the flavorizer bars was easy. I just laid them on the inside of the grill where I had taken the old ones out.

Got replacement parts, and repaired in no time. All we had to do was clean out the old debris. We replaced the old parts, with the new parts all by hand.
