Honda rear wheels would not roll backwards

Replaced the right and left wheel adjusting arms parts. Cleaned and greased the wheel axle and reassembled.

Wheel bolt broke off flush in arm and could not be removed.

Parts Used:

Removed both wheels. Removed cotter pin at right side and removed axle rod. Used snap ring plier to take off snap ring on right side adjuster arm. Removed two nuts and bolts anchoring arm onto body, then removed adjuster arm. Replaced adjuster arm with new and reversed removal procedure.
