When ordering I did not realize that you will not use a carrier as FedEx or similar. You used USPS. My order was coming to Mexico. For some reason the tracking stopped when announced that the piece was traveling from Mexico City to destination. Is there a possible choice of a different carrier? In order to open the device I removed 4 screws from the base. This was the most difficult task. In order not to ruin the screws I used Impact driver and torque bit.
