?This is an authentic OEM sourced replacement electric motor designed for Nutone ceiling heaters and exhaust fans. It is the main unit that drives the fan. Please note, this item is sold individually. When replacing this motor assembly you will need a screwdriver. • First you would need to remove the plastic cover/grille • Unplug the power unit • Remove the old motor assembly • Secure the new assembly in place • Connect the power unit and secure the cover

Take a picture of the fan before you remove any more parts, as these can go in a few different ways, but only one way is correct!
Have a shop vac handy. There will be a lot of dust!
