This replacement batter cap is an authentic OEM item specially designed for Char-Broil grills. It is use to secure the battery in the electronic ignition module. Please note one durable plastic cap with a metal spring is included per order.
I had to replace the Electronic Ignition Module and Battery Cap, F/ Electronic.
Both were corroded and will not ignite at the pilot.
No tools needed and all.
All I had to do was to unplug and plug back all the cables.
