This is a Manufacturer Approved replacement part designed for specific Char-Broil Grills. This cooking grate made out Metal with Black Porcelain coating and it is Sold Individually. Cooking grate provides a stable cooking area for grilling.
Removed old grates and slid new 3-piece grate into position, thereby saving the cost of complete new grill. Thank you for getting us the parts to us so quickly.
With the burner it was simply a matter of removing the ignition module and screwing it onto the new burner. This job took the most time as the two screws were badly rusted and refused to come out. The screws on the burners and carryover tubes were all rusted and corroded and had to be drilled out. The new ones fit in perfectly. Removed the old grates and heat tents and replaced them by hand. Now I have a new grill again.
Removed the cooking grates and the heat tents. Cleaned out the grill. Then placed the new heat tents and grates in place. Then removed the locking pin from the axle, removed the broken tire and installed the new tire. Then put the axle back in.
Took out the old grates and replaced with the new grates.
