Electric grill kept popping GFI on the outlet on house

Removed old one by removing two small nuts, then installed new element.
Plugged gril in an put on highest setting and let heat up for 15 minutes to see if it worked. Success!

I removed the controller it just plugs into the heating element , then I removed two screws that hold the heating element in and replaced it with the new one it was a very easy task only took about 15 minutes and a lot cheaper than buying a new grill.

1 removed old elament (2-1 screw 1 nut )installed new elament (1 screw 1 nut) plugged it in waited 15 min then put a pork steak on to cook

After locating the model / part number I ordered a new heating element. Ereplacementparts shipped a new element quickly and correctly. I removed two screws with washers & nuts holding front thermostat handle ..... unplugged the old element from the thermostat control handle ....replaced new element, adjusted for correct fit ....replace d two metal screws, problem was solved.
