This replacement part is sourced from original equipment manufacturer and it is designed for use on Bissell vacuums. It helps to pick up dust and debris from the floor. Over time bristles will wear down requiring replacement. This part is made out of plastic and it is sold individually. To complete this repair your would need a screwdriver. • Make sure the unit is unplugged • Remove the base plate/guard • Take out the old roller and snap the new one in place • Re-assemble and test the unit

Had to remove 6 or 7 screws pry the old roller out because it melted the bearing into the body place the new belt around the new roller and replaced the screws all done except testing all went well

brush had most of one side of the bristles wore off
After finding the correct part on e-replacement parts I ordered the new roller brush and replaced the old one. It only took 5 minutes to remove 6 screws and pull the old one out and then reinstall the new one. The part arrived sooner than expected and was a good price. Took the bottom plate off, reinstalled the new parts...works like new. Ereplacement parts has easy to find parts, also very quick in shipping. VERY SATISFIED!!
Took off brush base, removed old brush and burned up belt. Put in new belt and brush and replaced brush base. It is running quieter than when it was new. Very pleased.
