Dewalt 611dp. Router needed new bearings. Upon disassembly, found that the collet end bearing is seated in a plastic bearing housing insert and held there with a plastic spanner nut. Nut was impossible to remove without damaging it because heat generated from use, caused it to be seized. had to carefully remove it by partially cutting tr ough it in several places. Had to then clean out the remaining plastic from the threads in the housing. The bearing was also frozen in the insert and decided just to order a new insert along with the spanner nut. Already had the bearings from previous order. Also decided to replace the magnet which is inside a plastic casing which threads onto the commutator end of the armature. Would advise anyone replacing bearings to order these parts also to avoid repair delays. Not a difficult repair after dealing with the cheap plastic design members.

Simply installed the collet and retaining nut. The much larger issue was finding a place to make the purchase. Luckily, e-replacements fit the ticket. And the customer service was superb, second to none! Every question was expediently answered by a knowledgeable and courteous customer service representative who took extra time to make cer tain everything was correct before finishing the order.

From now on, e-replacements will be my first \"go to\" when I need replacement parts for any of my tools.

Thanks you for the superb and expedient service.

Sincerely,

Don
