Took it apart, cleaned it up. Replaced all the o-rings & seals. Pretty simple repair. The parts diagram on your website was perfect. Helped me order the correct parts.

Air nailer would not cycle.

1. Removed the piston and the bulkhead.
2. Replaced the o-ring, found a leak at the trigger.
3. Took it apart and replaced the o-ring in it. Works fine now.

Leaking air

Remove the top cap
Remove the split o-ring
Install the new o-ring
Clean the inside of the gun and oil it
Place the cap back on

Air leaking out of nose

Removed the top cap of the nail gun. Then removed the cylinder. Located 3 o-rings that were worn and stretched. Removed the them and replaced them with the new parts. And thoroughly cleaned and oiled the gun. Then reassembled it. It shoots like a new gun.
